CHELBA operates two main production lines: Candy and Chocolate.
Candy includes Hard Candy, Soft Candy, and Chewy Candy.
Chocolate includes Blocks, Vermicelli, and Dragee.
We produce these lines by means of state-of-the art technology using German, Italian, and Spanish machinery. The production capacity of our continuous cooker at the Candy Section is 750 Kg per hour for Hard Candy, 200 Kg per hour for Soft Candy, and 200 Kg per hour for Chewy Candy.
The production capacity at the Chocolate Section is 1,300 Kg per day for chocolate, 600 Kg per day for vermicelli, 600 Kg per day for chocolate-covered nuts and fruits, and 600 Kg per day for sugar dragees
